In the historic center of Barberino Tavarnelle, a charming medieval village perched halfway between Florence and Siena, Picò aspires to become a reference point for food pairing that combines gourmet pizzas, cocktails and refined wines. If you want to see the birth of a pizza or Piccornia live, book the Chef’s table: the master pizza chef will reveal all (or almost all) the secrets of the dough.
The cherry on top of the cake is our location, which is complete with a fantastic panoramic terrace where you can taste our pizza pairing experience whilst immersed in the breathtaking landscapes of the Chianti Valley.
Experience 1
A welcome party with water and coffee, as well as a presentation of the place and distribution of material for the activities.
Activities
You will learn how to make a dough by hand, roll it out and season it with the various toppings. Then we will bake your pizza in a wood oven and taste it together.
Tasting
You will be able to taste the delicious signature pizzas designed by the chef, with water, wine and coffee included. We will give you a token in memory of the day.
