Pizza and beer. How many times have you heard that? The “blonde” has always been considered the indispensable accompaniment of pizza. There is no bigger mistake: beer is full of yeast.

Our pizza is an equation: “only 1 gram”. It means that in our dough we only put one gram of yeast per kilo of flour. The result? Light, digestible, and tasty. Therefore it doesn’t get on well with beer.
